Hello. I am Julia Sawford, and it is my pleasure as proprietor of Davenports Ladies' Wear to tell you a little more about what is on offer here where we cater for the fashion conscious lady aged around 40 onwards.

In addition we have available fine underwear, accessories and jewellery and we offer everything with friendly, personal service geared to suit you the valued customer.  Consequently, we are extremely flexible and whilst we are open between 9.30am and 5pm daily, Monday to Saturday inclusive, I am happy, by prior arrangement to open the shop specifically for you. So, at Davenports Ladies' Wear in Grange over Sands you can enjoy the luxury of private viewings usually limited to celebrities and stores in London’s West End!

Please try on garments of your choice in one of our well appointed changing rooms and then discuss your requirements with us in our comfortable lounge area overlooking the beautiful Morecambe Bay, an advantage not available in London stores!

Perhaps you want to treat a friend or relative to a really special present but you are concerned that your taste may not coincide with hers.  Taste is after all a very individual commodity.
